It was sports phycology and i have to go for an interview @ suntec life bookshop. That was the most rediculous interview man! That manager was like very stern and fierce and a hint of "ganster".. kinda in his 30's. Asking question like.. what you work as before? What you think of life book shop? Describe yourself... how coem you need teh job? You know what job you are applying for? You know what is the scope of a sales assitant? Why work when you have 3 sources of income? Why you 20 still "O" lvl?.. Man.. it's like still more la.. ask ask ask.. than end with a "anymore question?".. "Thank you". Didn't say anything or what.. funny man.
It's ok la.. i also dun care so much la.. no work no work lo.. Than went swimming in jurong with Jos.. joel.. dan.. kest.. ben.. chew.. power sia. Than we play alot of stupid thing like asking joel go take the slide than we run off.. whahaha... than play catching sort of stuff. The best part is we go around sparying water @ life guard.. ppl.. lolz.. than run away.. whahaha..

Psalm 139: 14-15 Hermie was an ordinary caterpillar which besides eating leaves and growing fatter day by day, is a creature who want to be extrodinary. He trys all means and every way to geth himself notice and out of the crowds... but everything he trys that.. avail... Out of desparation.. he climb up a flower and speak to God. "Why you made me like that? I'm just.. normal." But God patiently replied "Hermie. I love you. And I'm not finish with you yet." Soon after a few tries, hermie fell into a deep sleep. Upon waking up, Hermie found himself inside a cocoon. Dark and errie. But he didn't know that throughout that time, God used the opportunity to change him. Into a butterfly with spledid colors that soar high up into the wind current, gliding in the wind and flying from places to places. Hermie had always wanted to be a butterfly and finally his wish came true! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You see... Sometime we will be blinded by the fact that others are always better looking... stronger... clever... but we neglect the fact that we are who we are. The one and only in this whole wide world! I mean... In this world you will never find another "you"... Not even in heaven. God uses the finest material.. the most gentle strength.. the highest concentration and greatest love to put us together. Do you know that God have us in mind even before He have plans for Earth? I have to admit that I am totally "Hermie". I pray the same walk, grumble the very same way, fighting for attention the very same way and speak the very same way. But God, in His very nature keep saying "I'm not done with you yet." to me but somehow it just flys by. I'm glad that sister Irene brought that video and watching how we play our role as a 3rd person prospect. Hey look! We have a good future ya? And that we know it as God promise us of enternal life.. rich inheritence.. and lastly.. His heart, which is priceless and far more better than everything compiling everything of this world together! Yeap yeap.. my prospect changed again. And thank God for giving irene that idea of showing us the video. Though a tough journey... but.. what can I say? I will only know when i truly reniuon with Him one day my passport expire in this world. ;) |

The time now is 8.12. I was here super early and the whole class was like very dead man. Well... besides that.. hmm... ok la.. feel free to share my thoughts here huh..
Yesterday Mr SR Nathan came and different major IG have to do a line up so as to welcome him. Gosh~ I didn't have my picture taken sia. So sad! Anyway... Went to watch movie instead "into the blue", kinda nice. Got pretty babes and hunky man for ppl of different gender la. A few part was very grosh and that you will never think that it is rated PG only man. After that, poor wan ting have to rush home la. Than left the "mad" dancers with me :p ... It was alot of fun as it was Np Jo-nana's suanning day. WOhOOOo~ She was basically shaking her head and i identify her as the green jedi in the "Star wars"... oPPS =X Looks like right? Whahaha... after that i have to bid farewell to them because i have to meet YEh (Xxon Youth) for bible studies. It was about prayer.. the superior weapon that God have bestowed on us and we are not using it to the max. Matt 11: 1-4 The whole chapter was about prayers and the importancy of it. Anyway... Have alot of fun and discovery and the spirit use us to share our different pointers. I am very happy that i'm able to be of some use for God. As it was the first time giving the bible studies (Not excatly la.. anyway so long liao), the fear was choking me initially and I was un-able to say much... until later part where the spirit flows. Pretty good experience... Than after that 9+ go home le. Still have school~~~ ahRRRR... |

Haha.. That's the lyrics from the new planet shaker's album.. "Evermore". Very cool album. Really wish one day i can use their song and bring Xxon's roof down man. Anyway.. Ever since i came back from meta and chalet. I have this though in mind. I wanna serve as a full time CCC staff. Not pretty sure it is my heart desire of Jesus's heart desire... kidna get it all mixed up... Well.. had quiet time and God showed me to Jeremiah 35, on the recabites. "Teetotalers". It was about that the recabites had a family tradition of not drinking wine, and nothing Jeremiah said or did could burge them from it. He made their tenecaity yje basic of a sermon. If a family traditions are carried on for generations, why not God's tradition? Well... not pretty sure what it is about. Here's some thoughts to share ya? Yeap.. first of all does idols worshipper carries God's tradition in some other way? Just that it is distorted? and Since family tradition is being brought down and it carries a very heavy practice on it? Does it simply means that God's tradition can be passed down in the very same way? Would our culture and generation affect God's tradition? Haha.. Meta was totally cool and i manage to reach out to... 5 ppl already? 2 of them was truly intrested in crusade.. was totally cool man. Was really happy what God's achieved throught me. Yeap.. One more incident is that there's this girl with a "I'm crazy about God" sticker on her lap top, so i was referring base on that to reach out to that girl. The funny logic is that i was dare in the beginning until when under the condition she seems like leaving already and than i took that courage. Almost instantly.. Gosh~ Amazing indeed... =D |

A couple months back, on a peaceful afternoon inside a church, a man bump into one old priest in the santurary. The old man had appearently recognized that man as a member of the public living near that region and invited him on a scroll. They had talked about nothing paricular, and the old man made the little boy immediatly felt like home.
"Father," the man said, "may I ask you a starnge question?" The old man smiled. "Only if I may give you a strange answer." The man laughed. "I have asked every priest I know, and I still don't understand." "What troubles you?" The old man led the way in short, quick strides, his cassock kicking out in front of him as he walked. His black, creple-sole shoes seems befitting, the boy thought, like reflections of the man's essence... modern but humble, and showing signs of wearing. The man took a deep breath. "I don't understand this omnipotent-benevolent thing." The old man smiled. "You've been reading the scripture." "I try" "You are confused because the Bible describes God as an omnipotent and benevolent deity." "Excatly!" "Ominipotent-benevolent simply means that God is all-powerful and well-meaning." "I understand the concept. It's just... there seems to be a contridiction." "Yes. The contridiction is pain. Man's starvation, war, sickness..." "Yes" The man exclaimed as no other have hit his mind as direct as the old man. "Terrible things happen u this world. Human tradegy seems like proof that God could not possibly be both all-powerful and well-meaning. Ih He loves us and has the power to change our situation, He would prevent our pain, wouldn't He?" The old man frowned. "Would He?" The man felt uneasy. Had he overstepped his bounds? Was one of those religous question that he's not suppose to ask? "Well... if God loves us, and He can protect us, He would have to. It seems He is either ominipotent and uncaring, or benvolent and powerless to help." "Do you have kids my son?" The man flushed. "No, father." "Imagine you had an eight-tear old son... would you love him?" "Of course." "Would you do everything in your power to prevent pain in his life?" "Of course" "Would you let him skateboard?" The man did a double take. "Yeah, I guess," the man said. "Sure, i'd let him skateboard, but i'd tell him to be careful." "So as this child's father, you would give him some basic advice and them let him go off and make his own mistake?" "I would't run behind him and mollycoddle him if that's what you mean." "But what if he fell and skinned his knee?" "He would learn to be careful" The old man smiled. "So although you have the power to interfer and prenvent your child's pain, youu would choose to show you love by letting him learn his own lessons?" "Of course. Pain is part of growing up. It's how we learn." The old man nodded. "Excatly." |
