Such ages since I last update my entries and I seriously have no idea where to start from.
Well... Watched "L: Change The World", the sequel to "L"'s final 23 days. And I would say... "Sweet~" despite a little disapointment that the 100 odd minutes wasn't really package with much brain-twisting spin-off that set you in awe by the producer's intelligent.

Weirdly in the week, somehow I was going through my handphone and tried to sms some replies to friends and found out... I CAN'T SPELL ANYMORE!!!
Some kind of symptom for NSman? And I do have a lot of problem pitting words for words and alphabets to alphabets to form words that correctly form up a sentence, a meaning or an idea that best describe what I meant. And "typo" is my best friend now as my dumb fingers are not giving in to the neuron pluse sent from the brain. Spastic I must say..

And yes to weiyi! And I'm going to sign up for the saucony run on 8th June @ ECP for a whooping 15KM! What a start for a beginner.
However I reckon I would break some bones before having to run the actual race since my bone are all getting so brittle and I'm in need to have some exercise done.
Nevertheless(prak! You'll get what I meant)! I still want to get somewhere rather than nothing.
Other than running issues, I thought it would be nice to sit down sometime to think about my own personal route to take...
Atleast some more practical and something that I could choose upon; totally free from any influence. And it's no easy task.. ask those who are "matured" and they will share the same frequency as me.

Was actually didn't meant to even on my computer but the bugging feeling to check my emails for response form NTU and MOE is getting the whole lot of me that I have to compromise a little of my time for this. And as you know... one little thing leads to another and it all boils down to constuction this silly post now; which I have ZERO idea what to get around with it.

Been chasing my nose for the past 3 days and I reckon I could try out a marathon any sooner since a part of my body (the nose factually) was running consistently for such number of days. Oh well... have not yet had any days that I could rest properly since and to think that I just ended my week of duties and here am I burning into the night.
Applied for NTU's Sociology and Education's program and was in the midst of submitting relevant documents and making payments. I must say that it is superbly tiring with the extra "baggauge" of NS duties.

Was reading entries from fellow-mate's blog and found out that... "Simon does have a very superficial blog." Truth enough... It does not looks or even sound appealing to another one. (At this moment I'm NOT growing exceeding emo of course)
like... "HEY"! i need to start with something.. Like.. seriously!

Looking @ such blogs of certain one, so clever, topped with extra dose of vocabularly that sweep you off your feet and hints of attractiveness that grip it's reader.
Certain have entries that brings flavour and authentic sincere write-ups.

I guess I just have to think about it more and figure out what direction I'm heading.
Guess black-humour or plain emo should do the trick....

Swoosh~ Went Valentine's day and I pass it right in my camp! Sweet! With a pack of man and tons of hours wasted on sleeping, what a "bachelor's party". And of course some of them "smuggled" in their girlfriend for a quick celebration and last minute wishing as the clock struck 12.

Aweeee.....

Local movie goer have much to cheer about apart from this festive season as "Ah Long Pte Ltd" is showing now!


Apart from the low morale from local viewers (S'pore just can't make good movies mindset) and OBVIOUS sponser (oh man.. once again), producer Jack Neo had nailed the common heartland issue of us; local and bring thumbs up for himself!

I must say that this movie is truly good and it is much on the same line as of what you see in the Hollywoods... if viewers just have to stop being baised and dishearted when they come to know it's actually local. Put on a pair of normal glasses and compromise a little about our culture (for some who find our culture a little of a disgrace) and you will soon find the 118 minutes to be worthwhile.

It speaks of "Ah Long" (loan sharks) of course but it tackle more then just the issues about this lucrative yet illegal business. Fann Wong once again ace her role along with Mark Lee and many others stars who presented it in a Canto-Chi tone... with jazz of coarse language. It also did spoof a little on movies such as "Money Not Enough", "Just Follow Law" and the famous "811".


However! I must really say that the sound tracks were VERY VERY GOOD! Fantastic! Marvellous! Genius! Trust me on that, you'll find yourself as marvelled as I am right now after going through the sound tracks.

Jack Neo had proven AGAIN to Singapore that "Local movie kick ass too!" as he manipulate viewers emotion with his hybrid style of humour in different situation.

Very original... Fresh, addictive and funny! Truly an epic movie... Catch it!

Nevertheless it was fun and that is what happen when you have an insane group of people. Not so bad for a start! **face smarred for discrection.** But I reckon some "regulars" in church might make out who these people were. Hehe..

But of course also the many scene I enjoy.. for example...

I also found this candy shop @ Plaza Singapure; Cocoa Tree @ B2 which sells this bean of tons of flavours. Pretty interesting! And the whole lot of us tried our luck on hand-picking random beans and poping them. Some were awefully disgusting that taste like vomit literally and some were extremely tasty; tasted one that was so called "butter". Nice!

Alright! Got to end here and rush down to driving school for some booking.

YES! It's 6 full days again and I AM FREE!

Getting my rest days secured had never been better! Great! Now I can get to do the MANY things that I wanted to do.


First thing first... I have yet to get my CNY clothings. OH MAN! Guess I'll just dress in rags and join the 'rag-and-bone' club. GarAaNg-Guni!!!!
And that my driving progress seems kind of SLOW! Out of 34 subjects, I only cleared 9! Crazy! Been to like... 4 session I guess. And oh! Dot and mel are learning too, and I wonder when could we book together and have lessons together.


If only we wouldn't turn the whole of SSDC and YCK/ AMK area into a 'bumper-car' ride.


Now switching the concentration a little... I was just thinking of the issues in Singapore (like all other old man and lady @ coffee shops) and that seriously made me SO OLD!
Never mind. Anyway... issues regarding:


1. More ERP gantries
2. Govt decided to cut car population
3. Higher cost of living. Up up and away!
4. Taxes reduction?
5. Increase in public transport in effort to encourage more people to give up their wheels.
6. Complex MRT line system?


Ok.. I gonna get all whinny-molly like the old hags and perks (uncles 'ah pek') but are living in Singapore getting increasingly tougher for younger generation?


AND do you know that foreign worker accounts for ONE-THIRD of Singapore's workforce?! Almost insane!


On the way to be liken as Japan and Korea.

But are local really seems not to pick up jobs? or that we're being suffocated? Even for myself, a quick glance into the 'recruit' was so demoralising when I was piled up with keywords such as 'experienced' and 'GOOD degree from RECOGNISED university'

Now I understand why I used to hear alot of Singaporean complaint about 'Singapore' when I was very young... which was not long ago.
