Bedok North Secondary School (I AM GIFTED, SO ARE YOU) [IG]
Pretty much the 2nd time for me in the setting of an IG. First time round was in Deyi Sec, but no doubt the experiences were always nostalgia and fulfilling. Seeing people getting that fire and to desire to achieve a clearer path for themselves.
But it's rather short-lived coming to DYSS as I was catching up with some of the peeps there.
Nevertheless... It's always nice to know I've made a difference in other people's life. Not in the "glory" form of course, coming to the sense of my results and past mistakes that were committed.
Somehow I felt when I share my "mistakes" and the "detours" I have had under-taken, it seems more like a "motivation" than a "cautionary" act to them. (dangerous!)
But I reckon it always have to take some maturity (to see the potential grave danger and avoid) or "taking-the-bulls-by-its-horn" (do it the hard-knock way) to reach a conclusion. Often leading one to another.
I'm no "mature" taker, hence I go through much knocks and bumps.
So, resolution time!
I've a reach a resolve by the way.
1) SIM, UOL
- Bsc Accountings & Finance, 1st Class Honors
- Track & Field member
2) Ministry of Finance
- Finance department, Finance Officer
- Finance and Statistic analysis
3) Monetary Authority Of Singapore
- Anything to do with budgets controls and overall finance stuff
Alternative Track
1) NIE (Post-grad degree) Teaching; 1 year teaching degree course
2) SCDF, Officer
3) Navy, Navy Officer
But it's more the journey right now.
And the reality is that, I haven't even gotten my enrollment letter from UOL.
Ps. I would like to believe that the printers over in the Britain side were rather slow in printing, hence the slow delivery of the acceptance letter. OR, jetlag, handling in mails matter, inking, drafting, finding a piece of letter with the letterhead to type on, blah blah blah.
I like to delude myself :)
